The location offered very easy access to public transportation. The staff was wonderful. The hotel provided coffee in the lobby area at all times (very convenient).

The early morning shuttle service was very convenient and I appreciated the short wait at the airport. I used the business center to catch up on emails and it had comfortable seating. The indoor pool was clean. I enjoyed a quick swim before my meeting. The staff was friendly and provided a seamless check-in experience.
I noticed a minor stain on the carpet in the hallway, though it didn't affect my room.

the location was convenient for access to the airport (helpful for early flights).
The meal i ordered was poor. The fish and chips had soggy batter and a wet texture. dining services did not represent the expected standards for a hotel chain. the parking situation was also challenging. The lot seemed full of park and fly vehicles (and regular guests struggled to find spaces).
